At Thailand Sex Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the intimate nature of adult products, certain return conditions apply.

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged during shipping

  • The wrong item was delivered

Customers must contact us within a reasonable timeframe after receiving the product.

2️⃣ Non-Returnable Items / สินค้าที่ไม่สามารถคืนได้

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned if opened or used:

  • Lubricants or personal accessories once opened

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3️⃣ Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders / คำสั่งซื้อแบบเก็บเงินปลายทาง

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

Customers are required to inspect the package before payment where applicable.

5️⃣ Damaged or Incorrect Orders / สินค้าเสียหายหรือผิดรายการ

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with photos.

6️⃣ Shipping Costs for Returns / ค่าจัดส่งสำหรับการคืนสินค้า

Return shipping costs may vary depending on the situation.

If the return is due to our error, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Customers are responsible for ensuring proper use of products according to instructions.
